The Radlett Grooming Centre is owned and run by Yvonne. She trained at the London Academy of Grooming in 1998. After graduating she recognised there was much more to the grooming world than choosing the kindest shampoo and perfect scissors, so she completed a course on dog behaviour with the very respected dog behavioural expert Dr. Ian Dunbar.

yvonne opened Radlett Grooming Centre in 1999 and has trained many other groomers, some of whom have stayed, and some who have consequently gone on to open their own, successful businesses.
