Having been established in Radlett for over 20 years now and as the first dog grooming business in the area, we have always delivered the expert services that we are so well known for.

We are experienced in dealing with dogs of all different breeds, sizes and personalities.

We are located close to London Colney, St Albans, Bricket Wood and Borehamwood. However our clients come from all over Hertfordshire.

All of our groomers are trained at the centre to comply with our own exacting standards. Grooming is not just about wielding scissors, washing and brushing. It is about understanding dogs completely.

Every groomer we employ understands that to be a groomer you must be able to:

• Gain a dog's trust

• Recognise any signs of discomfort and be equipped to defuse them

• Recognise any signs of stress and know how to comfort and reassure the dog

• Recognise any signs of a medical problem which may affect the grooming process

Many other checks are carried out before embarking upon the groom. All of this knowledge and expertise is gained over a minimum of a year and our groomers have all been with us many years.
